Have you contacted Graphisoft to ask for assistance? Another suggestion: post this question on ArchiCAD-Talk and/or the LinkedIn ARCHICAD group. In general Graphisoft supports the current version of ARCHICAD (in this case, AC23) and the previous version (AC22) for all current operating systems they may or may not support or update earlier versions such as your AC21 at this point. You might also try to do a New and Reset for ARCHICAD to put it back into the form as shipped you can do this from inside the program by using the standard File menu > New > New command while holding down a modifier key (I can’t recall if it’s Shift, Option, ALT or similar). Steinar – I don’t have any specific guidance for you to make your ARCHICAD work normally, other than the basics: make sure you download and install all hotfixes/updates for the application, and keep your OS up to date as well. You can enroll in the course using this link: In addition, I created the ArchiCAD Templates and Office Standards Course last year for the Masters of ArchiCAD Training Series this goes over the concept and usage of templates, as well as studying some of the innovations and key features of the best publicly available templates. Re MasterTemplate, there are a bunch of tutorials for the product in the member area of the MasterTemplate website. I can probably help you with some of your questions during an ArchiCAD Coaching Program call, but am not planning to create a separate course for MEP at this point. From what I understand, it hasn’t changed much, except perhaps for the sophistication in terms of clash detection. I have some basic familiarity with it from years ago, when I was a reseller and had a copy to work with, however I haven’t looked at it in recent years. I have not created any tutorials for the MEP add-on to ArchiCAD.
